This computer has been marvelous thus far. It boots up quickly and is small an unobtrusive. No operating issues and it is quiet.
bad experience
I bought this model about one month ago and then the hard drive died recently. I am going to send the computer back for repair but most likely I will lost all my data in the drive. what a bad experience.

I purchased two slimlines about 8 months ago. This is my first negative review to write about any company or product but I am compelled. Both desktops broke down within the first two months within 3 weeks of each other. After a nightmare with their technical support I sent them both back to be repaired. I am now sending them both back again after another nightmarish experience with the overseas technical suppport.
