Great Product 
I love this box. The voice quality is equal to a landline phone.
I had magic jack. Lets just say you get what you pay for when it comes to voice quality. No comparison. Magic jack had an echo whenever I would call someone. I never got rid of it. Magic jack also had to be running on my computer 24-7. This is a stand alone box.
I had Vonage for a couple of years before. Vonage has good voice quality but it cost me $35 a month where I live with taxes. At that price, this box pays for itself in 6... more info

unreliable 
the ooma phone has been not working for over 2 wks after it only worked a short period. we tried multiple times to call their customer service, just no way to talk to any one or even leave a message. we emailed them, no response yet. we'd like to return the phone if it's still refundable?

A rip off
I am really shocked that this "voip bundle" is being sold for $200+.
VOIP enabled routers are not very expensive - I bought a reconditioned one from eBay for less than $50. I can plug any old phone into it, and hey presto - voip connection. VOIP accounts with cheap calls and a certain number of free minutes are a dime a dozen. You are paying through the nose for the convenience of one box and even that has problems.
What a total rip off.
